As you may know, one of our servers was down for a few hours yesterday. And some of the sites were affected due to the incident. Firstly, we would like to apologize for the case and throw some light on the event that happened.
Our site as well as our server is being attacked for many days now. Thanks to Blacklotus - they mitigated almost everyday and yesterday, attack was bigger and bitter. Server managed to overcome it after a couple of minutes of downtime though. However, few unprecedented things happened after that.
Hardware as well as Network errors took much of the time to let the server run smoothly. And nothing was in our hands, unfortunately. We just had to wait till Data center team resolves everything. And after few hours of troubleshooting, everything was normal again.
Anyway, we have taken necessary steps to make sure this type of events do not occur in future and servers are always up. We are really grateful for your co-operation and patience and sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the outage. Everything is running, as before, perfectly now anyway. And we're making sure it continues.
