The purpose of this Announcement is regarding Service Tax for Indian Clients and Updation of Profile Information.
Service Tax
Please note that from 1st April, 2017 onward, a 15% Service Tax will be charged on the services/invoices of all Indian clients. Therefore, whoever has India as a country in their profile, a 15% Service Tax will be charged automatically by the system to their invoices.
Profile Updation
Please make sure that you update your profile details properly.
Please note that you need to enter proper details in your profile. There needs to be proper address in the system. For instance, we have observed that in the "Address" field, some people have entered the city. Another instance is in Country, for instance United Kingdom is selected and in the city field an Indian City is entered. Such mismatches and improper details need to be rectified.
The deadline to update your profile details is 31st March, 2017. We will give you one or two reminders before this date. Failure to do update your details will result in termination of existing services without any intimation.
